Hello all,
We are already in March and AFFMA is in full swing assisting those most vulnerable in our international community.
With the refugee situation in Europe deteriorating throughout a cold winter, leaders in some European countries continue to look to Australia’s maltreatment of refugees as a potential ‘solution’ to Europe’s current issues in processing such a large number of refugee arrivals.
This newsletter’s issue will focus on the tiny island nation of Nauru, as many Australians might not know too much about Australia’s use of Nauru as its vessel to continually breach international law and United Nations treaties, as well as the basic human rights we expect our Government to afford those in need.
Meanwhile, if you are looking to assist AFFMA during 2016, our fundraising efforts continue. AFFMA reiterates its call for all our newsletter subscribers, small businesses and the general public to get on board with our A Dollar a Day to Keep AFFMA Underway campaign.
Additionally, AFFMA has the pleasure to announce that our permanent volunteer lawyer and transformational life coach is offering complimentary business and leadership coaching to business people and those aspiring to start their own business whether in the migration field or any other field.
Thank you again for reading and for your valued support.
