This is Komal. I wanted help Regarding my Visa. Any information will be helpful and appreciated as i am kind of stuck and not able to take decisions. I am here in Australia on new Zealand Citizen spouse visa Visa no 461. i came here in 2016 feb and visa was for 5 years until jan 2021. I re applied for the visa before it expired and i am on bridging visa but the visa processing time is 28 months for 75% . The prob is i want to study now and the visa i am on i am considered as an international student. I M looking for if i can change my visa and apply or eligible for any other visa, or i am eligible for PR. Information of any other Visa i can apply for and will come At least in 6 months. my husband is new Zealand Citizen. i have a 5 year old daughter.
